Newsletter Insert
You can reach an exclusive business audience of over 3,000 by placing an insert in our monthly newsletter. The cost is $400 and you must provide the inserts. Please contact Jane Kreski at 584-3255, ext. 206 if you would like to reserve a spot or if you need information. No more than three inserts are placed in the mailing each month. Reservations are on a first-come first-served basis.

Website Starter Package
A Web Starter Package is offered to members at $125 a year - a savings of over $200. Your firm receives one page designed and stored on the Internet, plus monthly Internet access. For details call Annamaria Dalton at 584-3255, ext. 203.

Tourism Brochures
Each year the Chamber produces separate brochures dedicated to Dining, Shopping, Golf, Weddings, Museums and Saratoga Lake.  These brochures will be distributed throughout Saratoga County, at local visitor centers, the Chamber Information Booth, Chamber offices and Saratoga Springs Visitor Center, as well as mailed to those requesting specific information. You will receive a 50-word description, as well as your name, address, phone, website and e-mail in the specific printed brochure and the same write-up will be included on the Chamber’s website. A PDF of each brochure will also be able to be downloaded from the website. Advertise in our combined, annual Membership Directory and Newcomer Guide, the most popular business referral source. Ads for the Directory are sold each Fall.  You can also advertise on www.saratoga.org.  Contact Greg Dixon at the Chamber for more information.

Event sponsorships for the Annual Dinner, Business Showcase, Summer Music Festivals and Fall Golf Day offer excellent exposure.

Tourist Mailer
You can reach thousands of Saratoga County potential visitors who write or call the Chamber each year requesting information. Place your brochure in the Tourist Mailer for half the cost of a first class letter. You provide the brochures and the Chamber collates the materials, puts the packages together, stamps and mails the information first class the day the request is received. Last year the Chamber mailed out over 1,500 packages.

Information Booth
If you are interested in reaching Saratoga County visitors during the months of July and August, ask Greg Dixon about displaying your literature at the Chamber's Information Booth at Congress Park in Saratoga Springs.
