Register For an Event
Go to the Chamber events section and click on the register button to the right of the title. It will take you to the Register For This Event page. Follow on-screen instructions until registered. Be sure to fill out all fields marked with an asterisk, as these are mandatory fields.

4. Find A Member Business

5. Members Only Section
After you sign up, the Saratoga County Chamber staff will verify your membership and you should receive a confirmation email within one business day once verified.
6. Promote Your Business
Add events to the Community Event Calendar
If you have an event that is for the general public, you can submit it on our Community Event Calendar. To submit your community event information online, click the following url address to link to the events portion of our site, http://www.saratoga.org/events/saratoga-event-add.asp. Once in browser, you can bookmark this page in your web browser for easy access.
Promote your events, accolades, new hires or specials through the Member News section:
To add a member news item to the Members Only section of www.saratoga.org, please log in with your user name and password here: http://www.saratoga.org/member-area/member-secure-login.asp?reason=3. If you do not currently have a user name and password, you will need to join to do so. Once you’ve logged in, click on the Member News icon or text. At the top of the Member News page, you’ll see the text Add My News Item – click on that link, which will bring you to this page: http://www.saratoga.org/member-area/add-news.asp. Fill out the appropriate information and submit your news. If your release is too long, consider using the link function to link to it on your site. Chamber staff will review your submission and will normally approve it within one business day.
Member Spotlight
First Time Users:
On the main page (third category down), you’ll see Employers and Recruiters. Click on the text that says “Click here to get your business started.” For first time users, you will need to register by following the on-screen instructions and clicking accept and continue at the bottom. Please add the appropriate information for your business. After you register, go to your e-mail. There will be an e-mail from Jobzone@spa.net which will contain your log- in name and password and instructions and a hyperlink to take you back to the Jobs section. Once you have returned to the Jobs section, go to the right column again and click “Post A Job” and follow the on-screen instructions. You can only review resumes if you have an active job opening posted.
Returning Users:
Once you arrive at www.saratoga.org/jobs use the login boxes at the top of the page to access your account. If you have forgotten your login information, click on “forgot password” and it will be emailed to you. Remember that you can only review resumes if you have an active job opening posted.

Educational Podcasts
Chamber-produced podcasts offer wide ranging subject matter in audio format, including education, self-improvement, and chamber related information. To listen to podcasts, please log in with your Members Only user name and password here: http://www.saratoga.org/member-area/member-secure-login.asp?reason=3. Once in the Members Only section, click on Podcasts. You will then see a list of most recent podcasts and a link below that says see all podcasts, where the whole library is listed by subject matter. Clicking on any of the titles will bring you to the podcast page where you can learn more about the topic and speaker. Click on “click to listen” to start the podcast in your browser window.
Business Resources and Articles
The Chamber staff actively compiles articles and links to information on your behalf. This information is available in the Members Only section under Business Resources.
10. Post Volunteer Openings and Find Volunteer Opportunities
First Time Users:
On the main page, you’ll see the Need Volunteers section. Click on the text that says “Click here to get your organization started.” For first time users, you will need to register by following the on-screen instructions and clicking accept and continue at the bottom. Please add the appropriate information for your organization. After you register, go to your e-mail. There will be an e-mail from Jobzone@spa.net which will contain your log- in name and password and instructions and a hyperlink to take you back to the Jobs section (which is where the volunteer zone is also). Once you have returned to the Jobs section, go to the right column again and click “Post A Job” and follow the on-screen instructions. As you enter the information, be sure to select “volunteer opportunity” from the drop down menu. .

11. Site Map and Search
On the top of every page on the site (except for the Job Zone) there is a text link called Site Map. This gives you a categorized list of every web page on the site. You can also use the search box in the upper corner of every page to find specific keywords on the site.
