An Invitation...
Leadership Saratoga extends the invitation to individuals committed to a better tomorrow and who are motivated to assume leadership roles in Saratoga County today. Up to twenty-four members of the community are chosen from a diverse and geographic cross-section of business, professional, educational, governmental and non-profit organizations and citizens at large. You may apply yourself or nominate someone else for the program.
Participant selection, which is competitive, is made by the Leadership Saratoga Advisory Board on the basis of a written application and two interviews. Applicants must set up five-minute interviews with at least two Advisory Board members.
Criteria include:
- Demonstrated sincere commitment and strong motivation to serve the community
- Past interest and participation in community programs
- Motivated to seek volunteer, public office, board or commission leadership roles
- Commitment to remain active in Saratoga County
The program is sponsored by the Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce however persons need not be members of the Chamber to participate.
