In making reservations and giving deposits please be aware of the following:
• Reservations are commitments for the full period requested.
• Deposits are security against vacancies. In many cases there are no refunds for changes in plans or a change of dates. Deposits are usually applied to the last day of a stay.
• A resort is always private property and is subject to rules of the owners.
• Some facilities may require minimum stays.

Rates noted are based on the average rate quoted mid-summer. Off-season rates are generally lower. Racing season, holiday and special event weekends are generally higher.
